June 9, 2008 - The First Annual Heroes of Lawrence Chili Cook-Off and Music Festival was held on Sunday, June 8, 2008  at Salvatore's Riverwalk on Merrimack St., Lawrence, Massachusetts.  The family-oriented event featured two chili contests, with chili chefs from local police and other public safety contenders. The festival also brought chefs from all over New England including Connecticut and Rhode Island to compete.  The Cook-Off was sanctioned by the International Chili Society and included chili sampling & judging.   The Phantom Gourmet's Dan Andelmen was in attendance and Lawrence Mayor Michael Sullivan introduced B Street to an enthusiastic audience. 

March 29, 2008 - The B Street Bombers played to a packed house at The Claddagh Pub in Lawrence,  MA.  The crowd was rockin' on Saturday, February 2nd when the band was booked for an encore performance on Saturday, March 29.  Look for B Street to return to the Claddagh later this spring or next Fall!  See you there! 

March 14, 2008 - The Northeast Massachusetts Carpenters Union was pleased to featured The B Street Bombers for the Apprenticeship & Training graduation ceremony at the Radisson Hotel in Chelmsford, MA on  March 14, 2008.  The celebration, including members from Local's 26, 111, 275, and 475 culminated in diplomas and congratulations for all new union members.  And on March 22, 2008, B Street provided entertainment for the Union's 'Dave Wallace Appreciation Dinner' in Newton, MA to congratulate Dave on his retirement from the Board.
