Street is the Right Medicine for IWP!
January 17, 2009 - Injured Workers Pharmacy (IWP), a
thriving and rapidly growing national pharmacy service
working on behalf of injured workers, held their annual
post-holiday party at the Andover Country Club in Andover,
MA. Michelle Ferullo of IWP coordinated an exceptional
evening featuring cocktail piano music with B Street's Larry
Novak followed by dinner and dancing with The B Street
Bombers. The evening was such a huge success that IWP
has already booked The Bombers for next year's party! |
Challenge Unlimited Raises Thousands for Ironstone Farm
at Spirit of Giving Gala!

November 22, 2008 -
Andover Country Club, Andover Massachusetts was host to
the 6th Annual Spirit of Giving Gala sponsored by
Challenge Unlimited. The black-tie fundraising
event was held to support
Ironstone Farm which provides therapy for disabled
individuals from more than 80 cities and towns
throughout Greater Boston, the Merrimack Valley, and
Southern New Hampshire. The evening included a
host of celebrities and supporters. WCVB TV's
Susan Wornick led the live auction featuring tickets to
Good Morning America and a South African Safari for Two.
Thousands of dollars were raised at the gala event which
was capped with entertainment by the fabulous Krystal
Ballroom Dancers and music by The B Street Bombers.

The B Street Bombers were
the featured performers at The Lighthouse Bar at
Twin River
Casino in Lincoln, RI on Saturday, November 29, 2008 when the
band hit the stage for 3 action-packed sets. Players and
dancers alike came to join the fun for B Street's show.

Street Supports Lawrence Police Relief Fundraiser
November 8, 2008
- The B Street Bombers were the featured performers at
the Lawrence Policeman's Ball at the Wyndam Hotel in
Andover Massachusetts. The event, sponsored by the
Lawrence Police Relief Fund was held to raise funds for
Lawrence police officers killed or injured in the line
of duty.

Summer Tour Features The Bombers for First Annual Chowda'
Fest at Haverhill's Winnekenni Castle!
August 10, 2008 - The First Annual Haverhill Chowda' Fest
was held at Winnekenni Castle in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
Attendance far exceeded expectations when a crowd of more
than 500 descended on the Castle grounds to enjoy chowder
from surrounding restaurants as they competed for the grand
prize. Children and adults enjoyed a beautiful sunny
day as they danced on the lawn with The B Street Bombers.
Lee Louis and the Doo-Wop All-Stars were also featured
performers at the festival. |
Hampton Beach Rocks With B
Street!
August 11, 2008 - The B Street Bombers
performed their second of two shows of the summer at the
Sea-Shell at Hampton Beach, New Hampshire on Monday, August
4, 2008. The crowd came alive as usual at Hampton,
with audience members of all ages there to enjoy the show.
Once again, the dance area was packed as B Street cranked up
the energy with music from the 30's to the 2K's and

Summer Tour 2008 Gets Off to a Chili Start for Heroes of Lawrence!

 June
9, 2008 - The First Annual Heroes of Lawrence Chili Cook-Off and
Music Festival was held on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at
Salvatore's Riverwalk on Merrimack
St., Lawrence, Massachusetts.
The family-oriented event featured two
chili contests, with chili chefs from local police and other public
safety contenders. The festival also brought chefs from all over New
England including Connecticut and Rhode Island to compete. The
Cook-Off was sanctioned by the International Chili Society and
included chili sampling & judging. The
Phantom Gourmet's Dan Andelmen was in attendance and Lawrence Mayor
Michael Sullivan introduced B Street to an enthusiastic audience.

March 14, 2008 - The Northeast Massachusetts
Carpenters Union was pleased to featured The B Street Bombers for
the Apprenticeship & Training graduation ceremony at the Radisson
Hotel in Chelmsford, MA on March 14, 2008. The
celebration, including members from Local's 26, 111, 275, and 475
culminated in diplomas and congratulations for all new union
members. And on March 22, 2008, B Street provided
entertainment for the Union's 'Dave Wallace Appreciation Dinner' in
Newton, MA to congratulate Dave on his retirement from the Board. |

March 29, 2008 - The B Street Bombers played to a
packed house at The Claddagh Pub in Lawrence, MA. The
crowd was rockin' on Saturday, February 2nd when the band was booked
for an encore performance on Saturday, March 29. Look for B
Street to return to the Claddagh later this spring or next Fall!

Summer Tour ended with a final outdoor performance of the
season at the The Feast of The Three Saints in
Lawrence, Massachusetts, Saturday night, September 1 on the
Common Street Stage. The streets were packed with fans
for both shows and an unprecedented encore set at the
request of the St. Alfio Society. |

July 29, 2007 - The B Street Bombers
Summer Tour rolled through a double-header on Thursday and
Friday, July 26 & 27, 2007 with back to back performances in
Derry NH's Concerts In The Park, and the bands last gig of
the summer at the Salisbury Beach Center Stage.
Plaistow, NH has rescheduled the band to Tuesday, August
14th. Thanks to all those who came out to the
Amesbury Fireworks despite the threatening weather.

celebrated the grand re-opening of The Bounty at the
Holliday in Nashua, NH on Saturday night. The audience
danced all night long, filling the dance floor and the full
size replica sailing ship, "The Bounty." Come sail
away with B Street in the Fall when the band returns for
another smooth cruise! |

Manchester Red Cross Celebrates 90th
B-Day with The Bombers

March 31, 2007 - The Manchester
Chapter of the American Red Cross celebrated 90
years of service with it's annual Red & White Ball
at the Wayfarer Inn in Bedford, New Hampshire.
The event, sponsored by WMUR-TV and Ira Motor Group,
included both a silent and live auction featuring
items ranging from a clambake party for 20 to custom
jewelry and vacation packages to Newfound Lake and
Nantucket Island. Event coordinator Adra
Darling, along with Ball Co-Chairs Jeff Frost and
Deb Stone, produced a top-notch evening featuring a
dinner performance by UNH's a capella group Not Too
Sharp. Manchester Mayor Frank Guinta also
spoke to the distinguished attendees. The
event was capped with music and dancing with The B
Street Bombers. |

March 23, 2007 - The house was jammin'
all night long at the Lo Kai Restaurant in Dracut, MA on
Friday night! B Street packed the dance floor, playing
to a full house featuring new songs including Brian Setzer's
version of 'The House Is A Rockin' and "My Way" by Los
Lonely Boys. Thanks to all our great fans for coming
after our 'snow storm' cancellation! B Street will
return to The Lo Kai on Friday, June 1, 2007. See you

School 35th reunion party, including the classes of '61
& '71 at the Methuen Guesthouse (Terra Mara) on 159

to reunion committee member Dan Ahern on a great job!

Memorial Fund
February 4, 2006 - B Street was honored to
perform for the Helen Furguson Memorial Fund Dinner at Harris'
Pelham Inn in Pelham, NH. Event coordinator Maria Blakeslee
had over 300 people in attendance to raise money for college
scholarships for college-bound students from Salem, NH in honor of
the former High School English teacher. |

 January 21, 2006 - The B Street Bombers rocked the house
at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, NH for Vectron International's
10th Annual 'After-Christmas' party. Vectron International, a
world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of frequency control,
sensor and hybrid product solutions partied with The Bombers through the
night with music from
Frank Sinatra, to
The Black Eyed Peas, Glenn Miller and Santana to The Rolling Stones and Van
Morison. Rick Hajek, President of Vectron took time out to speak
with B Street's Jim Norris in between sets. "You guys are great!
Everybody loves the band. I'm extremely pleased with the entertainment
tonight. We can't wait to have you back next year!" |

Fund's fundraiser, Nelson's Ride at the Topsfield Fairgrounds.
